Which Products to Use for Physical Therapy?

Shaquille O’Neal, the Big Cactus, is, like his nickname implies, big. He runs all the time during the NBA season and his joints are continually hurting him. He uses a product (or at least endorses it) to get over the pain that many people have heard of called Icy Hot. This product gives your body first the sensation of ice being placed against the area in pain to reduce swelling and allow the injuries to heal, and then it turns hot relieving pain and making the injury feel fine.

It is more than a lotion as well, Icy Hot comes in sleeves for legs, arms, wrists, ankles, and also patches for your back. In addition, it now comes in a P.M. form, which is longer lasting, has a calming scent, and stays in places much better. These products can help you heel faster, but also prevent pain when you use them during or immediately after exercising. Because they come in patches or creams, it is easy to use anywhere on your body. If Shaquille O’Neal uses it, Icy Hot has to be good right?
