Many businesses give each of their new employees a training packet, or they give their current employees new materials in a binder or something. However, there is a relatively new product that is becoming cheaper and easier to use. Flash drives are so cheap and easy to find and use now that business should start giving out their company information to each employee on one. Not only will it save paper, but the new employee will be able to access the documents on any computer and they will be able to save them to multiple computers. Flash drives can fit thousands of documents on them, so you don’t have to worry about space either.
