If nothing goes around your property, the value won’t go up no matter how beautiful you make it look. When people make big money in real estate investments, it is because they happened to guess the next area that was going to be developed. For instance, if you own a piece of land and then someone decides to put a mall next door, your land just went up quite a bit.
