Sleep is an interesting concept. It has a huge affect on our moods, yet we still consider it something we do not really have to worry about. People who lack sleep often are in a worse mood than they would otherwise be simply because they are a little drowsy and do not want to speak as much. Also, sleep has a huge affect on our productivity. People think they can get more done by getting up earlier, and every once in a while that is fine, but consistently doing it can make you work less efficiently. Then, people are getting up earlier only to accomplish less in more time. Sleep is a huge factor on our mood and productivity, so don’t let it fall behind.
