In this hard economy, we have to look for every way to save money, at home and in our business arena as well. One idea is to print primarily in black and white. Black and white printing is much cheaper, and the ink is cheaper as well. A majority of documents and files can be read just as easily in black and white than in color, so why waste money and ink printing in color? Obviously certain charts and graphs should be printed in color, but virtually everything else could be printed in black and white. Saving money with little things like this will add up eventually, so give it a try!
