Health Services
Health services is an interesting field for a few reasons. First, it is altruistic by nature. Medical professionals take an oath to help people all over the world in whatever circumstances they may be in. They are never supposed to turn away someone who needs care, whether or not they are actually at work. Next, we trust health service professionals to provide us with the best care available, but we still sue them for millions of dollars a year. Obviously there are some victims that deserve compensation, but in general we should be rewarding them instead for acts of kindness and a job well done.
