Has your marriage lost that “Lovin Feelin?” Yes, that is a Top Gun quote, but it is a legitimate question. Many marriages are not the fairytale movies and books make them out to be. In fact, most marriages aren’t. This is not a bad thing though, although losing that lovin’ feeling is. A marriage is really like a wonderful friendship. You should be able to spend time with that person and enjoy simply hanging out with them. The love stories in movies aren’t real. I hope I wasn’t the one to break that to you, but a marriage is really so much more than that. It is a lifelong friendship and partnership.
